Content. Community. Strategy.

I'm a freelance digital marketing strategist working with food, hospitality, and consumer brands
to build content that connects through social, video, email, and employer brand.
Based in Boston/New England, working everywhere.

A woman is sitting on a stone bench in a park, surrounded by trees and greenery. She is wearing glasses, a black leather jacket, a green top, and a black skirt with white floral patterns. She has pink ballet flats with ribbons. The scene includes a fountain, greenery, and a street with pedestrians and buildings in the background.

I’m Meghan

Formally trained in digital marketing and consumer research, I bring a deep-rooted passion for food, beverage, and hospitality along with a belief that the best brand stories start with the people behind them.

I spent four years as the in-house digital marketing specialist at The Catered Affair, where I built content programs from the ground up, launched venue campaigns, and developed a specialty I've carried into my freelance practice: helping brands tell their story through the voices of their team. Employee spotlights, chef-led content, culture video series, employee-generated content programs — this is the work I love most.

Today I partner with food, hospitality, and consumer brands on content strategy, community, and employer brand — helping teams show up consistently, authentically, and in a way that actually connects.

I'm a Suffolk University alum (M.S. Marketing, 2019), an adjunct instructor, and a volunteer with Rosie's Place. When I'm not in strategy mode, I'm probably working on one of my own creative projects — because I believe the best marketers never stop making things.

Lets see how we can bring your content strategy to life.
